UW–Madison is committed to the continuity of instruction in the event of an emergency disruption that results in the suspension of certain or all face-to-face classes on campus. From medical, weather and building emergencies to a campus-wide evacuation or closure, there are a variety of circumstances that may require faculty and instructors to temporarily transition to alternative modes of course delivery with minimal notice. All UW–Madison faculty and instructors should take the time to prepare and plan for such an event.

Mead Witter School of Music is working on developing its own instructional continuity resources and guidelines, which will be added this page once they are available later this summer.
