Advising
Music Theory, Music Composition, Music Education, Musicology and Ethnomusicology students will meet most often with their Major Professor for advising. Performance students meet with the Director of Graduate Studies for course advising. We recommend you meet with your advisor at least once a semester, before you register.

Need to change your major, request a credit overload, or change course enrollment? These forms are all online at: http://info.gradsch.wisc.edu/education/forms/index.html NOTE: The credit overload form should be signed by your advisor (if you are a performance major, that is the DGS, Prof. Todd Welbourne. Otherwise, it is you major professor). Put completed credit overload forms in Marina Drake's mailbox (by the 5th floor elevator) for processing.
