“Symphony Showcase” Concerto Winners Recital and Reception-Ticketed

Featuring the winners of UW-Madison’s 2014-15 Concerto Competition, with the UW Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor James Smith. Meet the performers afterwards at a free reception!

Our composition winner this year is Adam Betz, who wrote a work titled “Obscuration.” More info on Adam to come in January.

Opening work: Tchaikovsky’s Capriccio Italian, with Kyle Knox, conductor.
