Checklist

• Application form (online or paper)
• Transcripts (send twice: to UW Admissions and Music Admissions)
• Two music-related letters of recommendation
• Music resume
• Copies of audition repertoire (voice only)
  

Transcripts and recommendation letters can arrive separately from your School of Music application no later than two weeks before your audition date.

If you submit your UW Admissions and School of Music application materials to your high school to mail, inform your school that all music forms should be sent to the School of Music address and not to the general University Admissions Office.

If you audition by submitting a recording, be aware that the audition process is only final upon an audition in person for the faculty of the relevant area. You must audition in person to qualify for scholarship consideration.
